His journey began in the United Kingdom, where he honed his management skills by overseeing a conference center, navigating its fast-paced environment. This early experience gave him the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, a skill that he has brought to Septic Solutions and The Grease Trap Man.
Driven by a passion for innovation and excellence, Romano is not only adept at managing our day-to-day operations but also spearheads our marketing initiatives and drives the evolution of our services. Romano believes in putting customers first. Whether it's a high-end restaurant or a homeowner, he's committed to ensuring everyone gets top-notch service.
